Service Improvement Methodology
The Network aims to support the establishment and sustainability of high quality Cardiac and Stroke services that meet patients’ needs in an equitable and timely manner.
For this to happen, staff at all levels need to have knowledge and skills of improvement techniques. The Network Team can support our partner organisations through use of their knowledge and skills in service improvement and redesign.
The work programme is drawn up annually; programme direction comes from Department of Health Strategies, the Networks Board, Clinical Advisory Groups, Primary Care Trust Cardiovascular Disease Leads and the Operational Steering Group.
